Thank you Jesus you accepted me
Even if I was running from you
And You didn’t charge me any fee.

Everything You’ve given me is new
Everything gives peace to my heart
And the blessings are not few.

From your presence I will never depart
As You will never let me down
When we met it was a brand new start.

Telling me I have in Heaven a crown
I was surrounded by a sublime joy
And I took the good news to my town.

I get it: repentance is not a toy
(To think that it would be insane)
It’s something to follow and enjoy.

With You on my side even a pain
It’s carried with dignity and faith
And my existence is not in vain.

Now I know: You engaged me in a race
With a Reward at the end of it
When Heaven my soul will embrace.

My whole life to You I submit
‘Cause I was lost but now I’m found
What You started in me is complete...

I feel Your presence all around
Giving me strength to go on
Towards what’s divine and profound...

I’m super happy darkness is gone.
