Lucrarea Duhului Sfânt între Neamuri și clarificarea ei în Biserică (Fapte 11:1-30)
The work of the Holy Spirit among the Gentiles and its clarification in the Church (Acts 11:1-30)

INTRODUCERE – INTRODUCTION:
După chemarea lui Petru de-a lucra între Neamuri, începând cu Corneliu și apropiații lui, în capitolul de astăzi ne este prezentată opoziția unor iudei din Biserică față de lucrarea lui Petru, explicația lui Petru și convingerea fraților iudei că Dumnezeu dorește mântuirea Neamurilor. Astfel Duhul Sfânt lucrează la ducerea Evangheliei printre grecii din Antiohia (parte a Siriei de azi) folosindu-se de iudei convertiți din Cipru și din Cirena, iar prin Biserica din Ierusalim este involvat în lucrarea din Antiohia, Barnaba și Pavel.

After Peter’s call to work among the Gentiles, beginning with Cornelius and his relatives, in today’s chapter we are presented with the opposition of some Jews in the Church to the work of Peter, Peter’s explanation, and the conviction of the Jewish brethren that God desires the salvation of the Gentiles. The Holy Spirit works to lead the gospel among the Greeks of Antioch (part of present-day Syria) using the converted Jews of Cyprus and Cyrene, and through the Church of Jerusalem is involved in the work of Antioch, Barnabas and Paul.

PREZENTAREA ŞI INTERPRETARE LECȚIEI – LESSON PRESENTATION AND INTERPRETATION

1. Duhul Sfânt convinge opoziția unor iudei din Ierusalim, față de lucrarea de mântuire a Neamurilor, prin mărturia lui Petru, ajutându-i să înțeleagă că Dumnezeu a dat mântuirea și Neamurilor
Faptele Apostolilor 11:1. Apostolii şi fraţii care erau în Iudeea, au auzit că şi Neamurile au primit Cuvântul lui Dumnezeu. 2. Şi, când s-a suit Petru la Ierusalim, îl mustrau cei tăiaţi împrejur 3. şi ziceau: „Ai intrat în casă la nişte oameni netăiaţi împrejur şi ai mâncat cu ei.” 4. Petru a început să le spună pe rând cele întâmplate. El a zis: 5. „Eram în cetatea Iope; şi, pe când mă rugam, am căzut într-o răpire sufletească şi am avut o vedenie: un vas ca o faţă de masă mare, legată cu cele patru colţuri, se cobora din cer şi a venit până la mine. 6. Când m-am uitat în ea, am văzut dobitoacele cu patru picioare de pe pământ, fiarele, târâtoarele şi păsările cerului. 7. Şi am auzit un glas care mi-a zis: „Petre, scoală-te, taie şi mănâncă.” 8. Dar eu am răspuns: „Nicidecum, Doamne, căci nimic spurcat sau necurat n-a intrat vreodată în gura mea.” 9. Şi glasul mi-a zis a doua oară din cer: „Ce a curăţat Dumnezeu, să nu numeşti spurcat.” 10. Lucrul acesta s-a făcut de trei ori; apoi toate au fost ridicate iarăşi în cer. 11. Şi iată că îndată, trei oameni trimişi din Cezareea la mine, au stat la poarta casei în care eram. 12. Duhul mi-a spus să plec cu ei, fără să fac vreo deosebire. Aceşti şase fraţi m-au însoţit şi ei şi am intrat în casa omului. 13. El ne-a istorisit cum a văzut în casa lui pe înger stând înaintea lui şi zicându-i: „Trimite la Iope şi cheamă pe Simon, zis şi Petru, 14. care-ţi va spune cuvinte prin care vei fi mântuit tu şi toată casa ta.” 15. Şi, cum am început să vorbesc, Duhul Sfânt S-a coborât peste ei ca şi peste noi la început. 16. Şi mi-am adus aminte de vorba Domnului, cum a zis: „Ioan a botezat cu apă, dar voi veţi fi botezaţi cu Duhul Sfânt.” 17. Deci dacă Dumnezeu le-a dat acelaşi dar ca şi nouă, care am crezut în Domnul Isus Hristos, cine eram eu să mă împotrivesc lui Dumnezeu?” 18. După ce au auzit aceste lucruri, s-au potolit, au slăvit pe Dumnezeu şi au zis: „Dumnezeu a dat deci şi Neamurilor pocăinţă, ca să aibă viaţa.”

1. The Holy Spirit convinces the opposition of some Jews in Jerusalem, to the work of salvation of the Gentiles through the testimony of Peter, helping them to understand that God also gave salvation to the Gentiles.
Acts 11:1 Now the apostles and brethren who were in Judea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God. 2 And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision contended with him, 3 saying, “You went in to uncircumcised men and ate with them!” 4 But Peter explained it to them in order from the beginning, saying: 5 “I was in the city of Joppa praying; and in a trance I saw a vision, an object descending like a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came to me. 6 When I observed it intently and considered, I saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air. 7 And I heard a voice saying to me, ‘Rise, Peter; kill and eat.’ 8 But I said, ‘Not so, Lord! For nothing common or unclean has at any time entered my mouth.’ 9 But the voice answered me again from heaven, ‘What God has cleansed you must not call common.’ 10 Now this was done three times, and all were drawn up again into heaven. 11 At that very moment, three men stood before the house where I was, having been sent to me from Caesarea. 12 Then the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered the man’s house. 13 And he told us how he had seen an angel standing in his house, who said to him, ‘Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon whose surname is Peter, 14 who will tell you words by which you and all your household will be saved.’ 15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning. 16 Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ 17 If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?” 18 When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, “Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”


– În biserică, Cel care lucrează la unitate, chiar și atunci când există divergențe, este Dumnezeu. Duhul Sfânt poate aduce lumină cu privire la Planul lui Dumnezeu de mântuire și alinierea bisericii locale la acest Plan, prin comunicarea din biserică și prin Norma Scripturii.
– In the church, the One who works in unity, even when there are differences, is God. The Holy Spirit can shed light on God’s plan of salvation and the alignment of the local church to this Plan, through church communication and the Norm of Scripture.

2. Duhul Sfânt folosește și pe alți iudei convertiți la Domnul, pentru a duce Evanghelia printre grecii din Atiohia și certifică această lucrare prin Barnaba, venit de la Biserica din Ierusalim
Fapte 11:19. Cei ce se împrăştiaseră, din pricina prigonirii întâmplate cu prilejul lui Ştefan, au ajuns până în Fenicia, în Cipru şi în Antiohia şi propovăduiau Cuvântul numai iudeilor. 20. Totuşi printre ei au fost câţiva oameni din Cipru şi din Cirena care au venit în Antiohia, au vorbit şi grecilor şi le-au propovăduit Evanghelia Domnului Isus. 21. Mâna Domnului era cu ei, şi un mare număr de oameni au crezut şi s-au întors la Domnul. 22. Vestea despre ei a ajuns la urechile Bisericii din Ierusalim şi au trimis pe Barnaba până la Antiohia. 23. Când a ajuns el şi a văzut harul lui Dumnezeu, s-a bucurat şi i-a îndemnat pe toţi să rămână cu inimă hotărâtă alipiţi de Domnul. 24. Căci Barnaba era un om de bine, plin de Duhul Sfânt şi de credinţă. Şi destul de mult norod s-a adăugat la Domnul.

2. The Holy Spirit also uses other Jews who have been converted to the Lord to bring the gospel to the Greeks in Antioch and certifies this work through Barnabas, who came from the Church in Jerusalem.
Acts 11:19 Now those who were scattered after the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to no one but the Jews only. 20 But some of them were men from Cyprus and Cyrene, who, when they had come to Antioch, spoke to the Hellenists, preaching the Lord Jesus. 21 And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord. 22 Then news of these things came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent out Barnabas to go as far as Antioch. 23 When he came and had seen the grace of God, he was glad, and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart they should continue with the Lord. 24 For he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord.

– Lucrarea de extindere a Împărăției pe pământ este sub controlul lui Dumnezeu, iar Duhul Sfânt se folosește de membrii bisericii, pune pe inima celor din Biserică nevoia de mântuire a celor din jur și certifică călăuzirea Duhului prin lucrători.

3. Duhul Sfânt lucrează la edificarea bisericii din Antiohia, prin Barnaba, Saul, proroci și ajutoare trimise credincioșilor din Iudeea.

Fapte 11:25. Barnaba s-a dus apoi la Tars, ca să caute pe Saul; 26. şi, când l-a găsit, l-a adus la Antiohia. Un an întreg au luat parte la adunările bisericii şi au învăţat pe mulţi oameni. Unul din ei, numit Agab, s-a sculat şi a vestit, prin Duhul, că va fi o foamete mare în toată lumea. Şi a şi fost, în adevăr, în zilele împăratului Claudiu. 29. Ucenicii au hotărât să trimită, fiecare după puterea lui, un ajutor fraţilor care locuiau în Iudeea, 30. ceea ce au şi făcut; şi au trimis acest ajutor la prezbiteri, prin mâna lui Barnaba şi a lui Saul.
3. The Holy Spirit works to build the church in Antioch, through Barnabas, Saul, some prophets and help sent to the believers in Judea.
Acts 11:25 Then Barnabas departed for Tarsus to seek Saul. 26 And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch. 27 And in these days prophets came from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and showed by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius Caesar. 29 Then the disciples, each according to his ability, determined to send relief to the brethren dwelling in Judea. 30 This they also did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

– Duhul Sfânt se îngrijește de Biserica Domnului, prin involvarea unor lucrători chemați să dea hrană prin învățătură, pentru ca biserica să crească spiritual și numeric, pentru a se involva în susținerea altor biserici și frați, atît prin nevoi materiale cât și spirituale
– The Holy Spirit takes care of the Church of the Lord, by involving workers called to give nourishment through teaching, so that the church may grow spiritually and numerically, to become involved in supporting other churches and brothers, both through material and spiritual needs.

APLICAREA LECȚIEI – LESSON APPLICATION:
Dumnezeu are grijă de Biserică și de împlinirea Planului Său de Mântuire, prin călăuzirea dată prin Duhul Sfânt, prin involvarea anumitor lucrători din Biserică, lucrând la aplanarea divergențelor, certificarea lucrării autentice, creșterea spirituală și numerică, de asemenea prin susținerea lucrării bisericilor locale în funcție de nevoile spirituale și materiale.
